Raise the Standard.

I am not running against a person. I am running for a higher standard in how we plan, fund, and grow.

What I Stand For

Planning First. Transparency Always.

Blount County received over $26 million in ARPA water and sewer funds. Planning stalled. Then rapid infrastructure changes happened in roughly one year. Citizens deserve clarity, sequencing, and long-range transparency — not surprises.

01

Infrastructure Sequencing

Water, sewer, and road capacity should come before large-scale growth approvals. I will insist on clear, public sequencing so neighbors understand what comes next.

02

Fiscal Clarity

You should be able to see where major funds go, what they unlock, and what the 10-year buildout implications are — without digging through buried spreadsheets.

03

Preservation Through Standards

I support growth that respects infrastructure limits, protects the peaceful side of Blount County, and follows clear, consistent standards.

“This campaign is not about personalities, revenge, or drama. It is about responsible process. I am offering calm, present, adult leadership and a higher standard for how decisions are made.”
